I specialise in Product Design, UX Strategy and Research.
With 14 years of experience as a UX practitioner, I’ve spent the last 9 years leading teams, defining and implementing user-centred design strategies for diverse digital products, and working for leading companies like Aviva and PCCW.
I’m also a guest lecturer on visual design at City, University of London.
